Rusty brings twenty-five years of experience in working with and financing small and middle market businesses. His experience includes relationship management, credit underwriting, sales and management positions in commercial and private banking, primarily with Bank of America and its predecessor banks in Arkansas, as well as public accounting and consulting experience in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Rusty is responsible for all aspects of deal management, including screening, due diligence, valuation, structuring and negotiation. Rusty is a 1982 honor graduate of the University of Arkansas.
