Joe T. Hays
Joe is a Managing Director and a co-founder of Diamond State Ventures. He has spent over two decades working with owners and managers of small and lower middle market businesses. Prior to the creation of DSV I in 1999, he was an advisor or interim executive to numerous small and middle market businesses providing strategy development, M&A advisory, growth capital placement, and crisis management services. He has served in executive capacities with the Southern Regional Association of Small Business Investment Companies, including President, and served on the Board of Governors of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies. Joe is a 1981 honor graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1986.
